How does Ooba work

Ooba provides supplements on a monthly subscription that is based out of Malaysia. Our customers receive their supplements monthly right to their door. While we don’t manufacture our own supplements, we source our supplements from the best brand. Take our survey now to customize your own pack.

Choosing the right supplements can be confusing. If you’re looking for a little help figuring out what vitamins to take, start by taking our quiz. Alternatively, start with our starter packs here , which will give you broad coverage.

Once you have an idea of what you want, you can checkout to start a monthly subscription. You can change or cancel your subscription at any time.

Each box comes with 30 individual packs to be taken once a day. Once you’re near the end of a month of vitamins, we’ll be preparing a new box to arrive before your month ends.

If you would like to purchase once to try us out, you can cancel additional orders after you have placed your order. Drop us an email at hello@ooba.my or whatsapp us at +6010 8096739 that you wish to cancel 10 days before your next box is due.

Our products

No, we currently source our vitamins and supplements from known brands in the market. Brands are selected based on their range, efficacy and safety.

Each order includes an information sheet that identifies each supplement with images and nutrition facts.
You can take all of your supplements at once, at a time most convenient for you. We recommend taking them at the same time every day to develop a consistent routine, usually in the morning with food and water at breakfast.

Shipping

We currently only ship to Malaysian addresses only.
Please give us 7 – 10 working days to get your customized packs to you, which includes time for personalization, packing and delivery.

Billing

Because our subscription is based on a 30-day renewal cycle, your payment will be charged every 30 days.

Two days before your next billing date, you will get a heads up email that your pack is shipping soon. At this point you may choose to cancel or make changes. Then your card will be charged and your order will ship a couple of days later.

We accept payments by credit card or debit card.

Cancellation and returns

If you change your mind simply drop us an email at hello@ooba.my or whatsapp us at +6010 8096739. We will try our best to help you. If your order has shipped, unfortunately we won’t be able to cancel that as all packs are customized and personalized for you.

We stand by our product and if you don't completely love it, let us know within 30 days of your first delivery and we'll give you a full refund, no questions asked. If you have issues with subsequent orders, simply drop us an email at hello@ooba.my or whatsapp us at +6010 8096739.
